Meet Tara Allen. Tara is the Business Development Director for Impact Health & Wellness.

She is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist and has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare field. Tara received her Bachelors of Education from The University of Toledo and her Masters of Fine Arts from The University of Akron. She specialized with the geriatric population and dementia training along with being a Director of Rehabilitation for 14 years in a subacute care facility. Tara lives in Lewis Center with her husband Nick and their three children Zach, Alexis, and Jacob. She enjoys spending time watching her children play sports, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends. Tara has a passion for helping others improve their health and wellness through rehabilitation.
